1. This is your ad and no other person's name or photo will be allowed in the ad. It is important that your photo includes only YOU.
2. We will not be held responsible for lost, misplaced, misdirected, or contents of mail.
3. You must notify us of any address change so your ad can be updated free of charge. This also applies to your release date.
4. Personal ads may NOT include the names or personal information of others. You may use their initials ONLY when reference is being made to them.
5. BE HONEST and DO NOT PLAY GAMES with your pen pals. If you lie about anything, such as sexual orientation, release dates, or use phony pictures in your ad, WE WILL REMOVE YOUR AD IMMEDIATELY. The pen pals are educated and know exactly how to find the truth. It is all a matter of public record.
6. No profanity or adult content will be permitted in your ad. This also applies to letters that you write to our office.
7. We reserve the right to edit, delete, or reject any information or ad received by this company.
8. Any changes or deletions to your ad must come from you in writing. Only you can do this.
9. When writing our office, please be brief and to the point. Please include a SASE for our reply.
10. Changes in the ad are $5.00 each. An update to the ad is free.
11. SORRY, no refunds for ads will be given at any time.
12. Anyone not following our company rules will have their ad canceled immediately without refund.
13. All photos must be 5X7 or less. We are unable to return Polaroid's in most cases. It is against state rules. Keep this in mind when sending out pictures you want back.
14. We cannot control results or whom your pen pals will be.
